Director IT & Digital

We're looking for an experienced IT and digital leader to drive the company's technology strategy forward. This senior leadership role involves driving digital transformation, enhancing ICT functions, and championing technology as a key enabler of business success.

You'll work closely with the Executive Leadership Team to align IT and digital strategies with the organisation's overall objectives, while overseeing the daily operations of the IT function across the business.

As a key leader, you'll be responsible for fostering a culture of innovation, performance, and continuous improvement within the ICT team. You'll play a pivotal role in managing strategic IT projects, optimising IT infrastructure, and ensuring robust cybersecurity measures.

A key focus will be on driving digital transformation initiatives and ensuring the company stays ahead of emerging tech trends. You'll lead by example, mentoring and developing high-performing individuals, and creating a collaborative work environment.

Requirements
