Claims Administrator Role

We're seeking a Claims Administrator to join our fast-paced insurance team. This role involves being the first point of contact for clients, insurers, and trades, ensuring every job progresses smoothly from claim to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with insurers, clients, and assessors to coordinate repair claims.
  • Schedule inspections, make-safes, and trade appointments.
  • Prepare and submit documentation, reports, and progress updates.
  • Track job milestones and follow up on outstanding actions.
  • Maintain accurate records in our job management system.
  • Support the team with general administrative and customer service tasks.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Confidence working across multiple systems and tasks.
  • Experience in insurance, construction, or administration roles (preferable).
  • A calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure.
  • A team player with attention to detail and initiative.
