Entry Level Claims Coordinator Position Summary

This is an exciting career opportunity to provide day-to-day customer service and administration in relation to property insurance claims.

About the Job:
  • Process new allocations into Bay Building systems
  • Provide administrative support to the estimating team
  • Schedule appointments across NSW
  • Submit quotes & reports via client Portals/systems
  • Answer inbound phones calls from insurers, customers and trades

The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience in an administrative role, with strong organisational and planning skills.

Key Requirements:
  • Ability to plan and prioritise tasks effectively
  • High level of computer competency
  • Insurance and/or building industry experience (desired)

Please note that overtime may be required during times of insurable weather events.
