**Overview**:

- Titan America has an opening for an **HR Analyst** **at its Corporate Center located in Norfolk, Virginia or in Deerfield Beach, Florida. The HR Analyst will be responsible for creating, managing, and analyzing advanced reports within the **UKG Pro Payroll** and UKG Workforce Management systems. This role is pivotal in providing data and actionable insights to HR, finance, and business leaders. This salaried exempt role reports to the HR Manager - Analytics, Systems & Rewards.**Responsibilities**:

- Creating complex reports from data located in our UKG Pro Payroll and Workforce Management systems to support HR operations and business decision-making.Reports will require advanced **Cognos BI** writing skills such as **crosstabs**, bursting reports, summarizing information, combining multiple reports, using filters, and pulling in data from outside sources.
- Maintaining existing UKG scheduled reports and data views.
- Reconciling the employment information between our **HRIS, SuccessFactors, and UKG** on a regular basis
- Collaborating with process owners to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data interfaces from and to the UKG Pro system.
- Provide training and support to HR, payroll, and/or managers on how to effectively use UKG reporting tools and **interpret data**.
- Supporting report request for internal and external audits
- Staying up to date with the latest UKG features and industry best practices to continuously improve reporting processes and data management.
- Ensuring the accuracy, security, and privacy of confidential information.
- Supporting other **HR analytics** projects as needed

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Data Analytics, or related field
- Advanced knowledge of the **UKG BI Report Writer** tool and the packages contained in the UKG PRO and Workforce Management systems is required.
- Advanced Excel knowledge (creating macros, pivot tables, etc.)
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external customers on analytics projects
- Strong written and oral communication skills interacting with all employee levels of the business.
- Self-starter, results-oriented with a proven record of instituting continuous improvement.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
