Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator
This role involves providing administrative support to the HR team, managing tasks such as issuing letters of offer, administering the Connx HR system and reporting requirements.
Main Responsibilities:
- Issuing letters of offer, including approval requests, management of standard templates and ensuring compliance with approved personnel requisitions.
- Generating weekly reports for internal audit, preparing and distributing onboarding reports, termination reports and WGEA reporting.
- Maintenance of Connx, including updating configuration, bulk changes and liaison with Connx Support.
- Other administrative tasks, including maintaining HR folder structures, overseeing award interpretation and documenting HR processes.
- Team administration, including coordinating onboarding elements, organizing meetings and managing HR Analysts.
