Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Insights Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights that support business decision making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and answer complex business questions through data analysis
  • Build analytical views on top of our data models using dbt and Snowflake
  • Design interactive dashboards in Metabase (and future BI tools) that make insights accessible to everyone across the organization
  • Investigate data quality issues and work with the data team, stakeholders, and external parties to resolve discrepancies
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to understand their reporting needs and deliver self-service solutions
  • Translate business requirements into analytical approaches, clearly communicating findings and recommendations
About You
  • You're curious by nature and love digging into data to find the 'why' behind the numbers
  • You're proficient in dbt and comfortable building and maintaining models that support robust, scalable analytics
  • You have strong analytical skills and experience working with SQL, Python, and BI tools
  • You're confident with data visualization and know how to present findings in ways that are clear and compelling
