Shaver Shop is Australia's market leading specialist retailer in the rapidly growing personal grooming market. Shaver shop dominates its core business of both men's and female hair removal. In addition to Shaver Shop's core business, it enjoys a healthy market position across many other personal care categories such as power oral care, massagers, female beauty & hair care.

Shaver Shop currently supports its 125 corporate owned stores located across Australia and New Zealand via a Support Office team of around 50 people.
- **About You**_
- A minimum of 3 years in a buying role within a fast-paced retail environment.
- Hands-on operator who has a strong understanding of retail operations and buying.
- Committed to customer excellence and supporting high brand standards.
- Driven to succeed and accountable for own performance, behaviours and results.
- Ability to build strategic working relationships with all vendors.
- History of achieving results in-line or above company expectations.
- Solid to advanced negotiation skills.
- Ability to be direct in communication style (when needed) but always fair and reasonable.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work closely with team members and build collaborative relations.
- Solid business acumen, financial and analytical skills.
- Ability to lead and inspire team members through positive and consistent action.
- Strong decision-making skills as well as an excellence ability to prioritise tasks.
- Resilient with a high emotional IQ and ability to learn and grow from feedback.
- **About the Role**_
- Directly accountable for the sales & gross profit performance of multiple suppliers/vendors.
- Directly accountable for the day-to-day management of multiple suppliers/vendors.
- Directly accountable for implementing and executing supplier promo programs.
- Responsible for negotiating, managing, and communicating core product ranges.
- Responsible for successful introduction and induction new suppliers to SSG.
- Responsible for communicating in-store action plans by supplier to store teams.
- Manage and maintain rolling 6-month product forecasts with the Merchandise team.
- Effectively coordinate and manage online content for website with key suppliers.
- Negotiate and maintain trading term agreement across all suppliers.
- Effectively launch new product innovation across the Shaver Shop store network.
- Efficiently & effective plan and review all catalogues, EDM and promo content.
- Ensure team behaviors, performance and results are in-line with company expectations.
- Support buying & merchandise team with any administrative tasks as required.
