Overview / Responsibilities:
The role would include assisting the team with the following;
- The input of Procedures into the client electronic management system and facilitate sign-off
- Assist in the issue of Construction work packs
- Preparation of Completion boundary drawings
- Assist with the import of engineering data into CMS
- Perform document management tasks

Skills / Qualifications:

- Previous technical design office experience
- Competent in the use of MS Office, Outlook, Word, Teams
- High level of competency on MS Excel
- Used a pdf mark-up tool before - Adobe Pro, Blubeam Revu, etc
- Experience with DocuSign is desirable
- Experience with MS Visio is desirable
