Join us as the Quality Assurance Coordinator at our facility in Huntingwood, where your expertise will drive excellence in quality, food safety, and laboratory management. This is a 12-month Fixed Term contract, with opportunities to network with broader Supply Chain functions, and develop your career.

**Key Accountabilities**:
You will lead a Quality Assurance Technician, while managing expectations from a variety of internal stakeholders to ensure the success of Quality Assurance programs for our high performing Huntingwood site.
- Oversee comprehensive QA programs including pest control, and GMP adherence.
- Manage quality records, calibration, and retention samples.
- Drive consumer complaint management and advanced laboratory analyses.
- Conduct internal audits
- Training of personnel in Food Safety and GMP
- Manage QA and QC systems, ensuring optimal consumable spend.
- Inspire and lead your team, ensuring a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Drive organizational effectiveness, implementing change initiatives seamlessly.

Education and background:

- Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline.
- Background in Quality/Laboratory roles in FMCG Manufacturing
- Experience in a leadership role, or a senior team member ready to take on a leadership role

Skills and Attributes:

- Strong relationship management and leadership capability.
- Well-developed project management and change management skills.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems (experience with SAP would be highly regarded)
- Solid problem-solving skills
- Intimate knowledge of ISO and HACCP principles.
- Understanding of business operations, including GMP and SOPs.
