We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team.

This role involves coordinating and managing product artwork across Australia and New Zealand, ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in a science or related discipline and previous QA experience within a pharmaceutical environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate artwork changes and new pack artwork for products.
  • Initiate and track change requests in systems.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely artwork approvals and implementation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date artwork repositories and quality folders.
  • Field all artwork related queries.

About the Role:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure all procedures and work instructions remain aligned with company policies and best practices.
  • Assist with internal and external audits, corrective and preventative actions, and quality-related technical projects as required.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a science or related discipline.
  • Previous QA experience within a pharmaceutical environment.
  • Working knowledge of GMP and PIC/S code.
  • Familiarity with regulations on packaging and artwork.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
