  • The coordinator will oversee the implementation of procedures, work instructions, and forms to ensure current versions are readily accessible.
  • They will support planning, scheduling, and conducting internal audits to verify compliance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • The coordinator will maintain registers of non-conformances, corrective actions, and preventive actions, and track close-out progress.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-driven Quality Management Systems (QMS) Coordinator to join our team at the Orchard Hills Project Office.

  • This role is central to ensuring that project-wide quality management systems are effectively implemented, maintained, and continuously improved.
  • The successful candidate will work closely with project leadership, engineers, construction teams, and subcontractors to ensure quality systems are aligned with ISO standards, project requirements, and client expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement, maintain, and improve project quality management systems to meet ISO 9001 standards.
  • Ensure compliance with project-specific quality requirements and manage controlled documents.
  • Coordinate internal audits, track non-conformances, and develop corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Quality Management, Business Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in quality systems, coordination, or compliance roles within construction or infrastructure environments.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 principles and practices.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and communicate effectively.
