Commercial Finance Professional
A commercially driven finance expert is required to partner with operations and commercial teams to drive strategic financial decision-making.
The ideal candidate will possess 4-5 years'+ experience in a commercial finance role, advanced Excel skills, strong communication skills, and a process-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with operations and commercial teams to inform decisions on pricing, store performance, and capital planning.
Develop month-end reporting packs with insightful commentary, trend analysis, and data-driven recommendations.
Lead financial input into business reviews and planning sessions with senior stakeholders.
Deliver budgets and forecasts across multiple cost centres and revenue lines.
Analyse store sales, profitability, and investment opportunities.
Support the development of board-level reporting and business cases.
Improve reporting tools and processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
About You:
Results-driven finance professional with a background in commercial finance.
Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets.
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and challenge constructively.
Process-focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
Experience working cross-functionally and presenting to senior stakeholders.
