Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Financial Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of the Finance organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success by providing insightful financial analysis and strategic support.

About the Role:

The primary function of this role is to partner with cross-functional teams to drive business planning, forecasting, and decision-making. You will be responsible for analyzing complex financial data, identifying trends and opportunities, and developing actionable recommendations to drive business results.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Partnering with Supply Chain and BD Biosciences teams to develop and implement financial plans and strategies
  • Providing timely and accurate financial analysis and insights to inform business decisions
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Supporting the FP&A Team in controlling and analyzing non-business actual expenses versus expectation and providing commentaries

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A tertiary degree in a finance-related field
  • 4-6 years of overall finance work experience with at least 1 year in a similar role in a medium-sized multinational organization
  • Experience working with SAP, BPC, and Power BI
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and critical thinking skills
