**Description**:
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Care Officer to join our team and be a driving force behind creating an end-to-end 'WOW' customer experience.
This role is critical in ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across departments to provide the best possible service to our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities
Process orders and warranties with 100% accuracy
Ensure warranties meet timeline targets from approval to scheduling
Action quote requests and manage sample chair logistics
Manage grocery/stationary orders and maintain a clean showroom
Document management
Proactive customer engagement
**Skills and Experiences**:
About You
Prior experience in customer care or support roles is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive and customer-focused attitude
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
Ability to meet deadlines and targets
Team player who can collaborate with various departments
