**Description**:
About this role

A rare opportunity for has become available within our Short Term Restorative Care Program as the Customer Service Officer (CSO). Reporting to the Team Leader, the CSO will support our Coordinators and Clients with the day-to-day operations of the STRC Program. You will be responsible for managing the administrative tasks of clients, updating client records within our software program, handling of invoices to ensure payments are made on time, ordering of equipment as requested and answering and distributing calls in a friendly and welcoming manner.

This is a full-time role based in Scarborough, with ideally one day per month travel to our Logan office for team meetings and catch ups with the coordinators. (KM's paid)

About you
- Minimum Certificate 3 Qualification in Business/Administration or equivalent experience in a similar role
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Previous experience in administration
- Ability to respond to multiple department queries, prioritise and work to deadlines
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills and experience
- With the help of training, have the ability to learn new software programs with ease (Lumary, Halaxy, Docusign)
- Knowledge of the Aged Care and STRC industry (desirable by not mandatory)

- Current Police Check
- Covid Vaccinations as per the Government recommendations for the Aged Care Industry
