Your Role SJGHC is seeking a Customer Service Officer to be the first point of contact for valued caregivers (employees), providing prompt and high-quality support for their daily enquiries. You'll also play a vital role in assisting our HR and Payroll teams, contributing to an efficient service in line with Group policies Responsibilities include:
  • Deliver high-quality customer service by managing queries and triaging tickets to our Workforce team for efficient, first-time resolution.
  • Provide strong communication skills in writing and by phone manner.
  • Respond to a broad range of enquiries in a well-rounded, accurate and timely manner.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous relationship with all internal and external customers.
  • Provide crucial support to our HR and Payroll teams during peak times
You'll bring excellent customer service and communication skills, thriving in our fast-paced environment. A solid understanding of call center operations and ticketing systems, coupled with a strong grasp of Workforce procedures, is essential. We also require your ability to interpret enterprise agreements, relevant legislation, policies and procedures Above all, people will be at the core of everything you do committing to and supporting our Mission and Values We Can Offer You
  • Permanent Full Time position
