You'll be the go-to person for sorting, processing, and keeping all the novated lease paperwork running smoothly.

What Will Keep You busyConnecting with customers through different channels and helping out with their queriesManaging vehicle onboarding and handling documentation for the settlement processKeeping our CRM leasing system up-to-date with accurate informationLending a hand with finance settlements and keeping budgets on trackTaking care of any ad hoc admin tasks that pop up along the wayWhat we'd love to see from youExperience in salary packaging, novated leasing, finance, or a similar fieldA strong track record in customer support or engagement rolesSolid know-how when it comes to using CRM systemsSkilled at juggling multiple tasks and handling high call volumes with easeSuper organised and great at meeting deadlines Our Culture & Benefits Our values have stood the test of time.If you want to work and collaborate where opinions are valued, and your ideas can make a difference, come to a place where Your Work Matters.
