**Your day to day impact**:

- Communicate with customers via various channels & handling of customer queries
- Vehicle onboarding & process documentation relevant to the settlement process
- Update information in our CRM leasing system
- Assist with finance settlement and budget management
- Ad hoc administrative tasks as requested on a day-to-day basis

**What you'll bring to the table**:

- Previous experience in salary packaging, novated leasing, finance or similar
- Proven experience in a customer engagement/support role
- Exceptional working knowledge of CRM systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and busy call volumes
- Highly organised and have the ability to meet deadlines
