At a leading provider of advanced benefits and onboarding solutions, we're seeking an organized and customer-focused Novated Leasing Administrator to join our high-performing team.

We're responsible for sorting, processing, and managing novated lease paperwork, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Connect with customers through various channels to resolve their queries efficiently.
  • Manage vehicle onboarding and handle documentation for the settlement process.
  • Keep our CRM leasing system up-to-date with accurate information.
  • Assist with finance settlements.
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience in salary packaging, novated leasing, finance or related fields.
  • A strong track record in customer support or engagement roles.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and handle high call volumes with ease.
  • Excellent organizational skills and meeting deadlines.
