**Responsibilities**:

- Theater Operations Management: The Theatre Floor Coordinator will oversee and coordinate all aspects of theater operations, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation. They will ensure a seamless workflow and adherence to established protocols.
- Team Coordination: Collaborating closely with surgeons, anesthetists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, the coordinator will ensure effective coordination and efficient patient flow throughout the theater department.
- Patient Care: The Theatre Floor Coordinator will maintain a patient-centric approach, ensuring high-quality care and safety standards are upheld during surgical procedures and recovery.
- Equipment and Supply Management: The coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the availability and functionality of surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies. This includes ensuring proper sterilization, maintenance, and inventory control.
