Technical Account Manager - Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Technical Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary contact point for several of our key customers, with a focus on Mulesoft.

Your key responsibilities will include maintaining a continual focus on the customer's business goals, improving their overall technical and operational health, and realizing the maximum value out of their Salesforce investment.

You will build a track record in customer success through excellent communication with stakeholders and your comprehensive knowledge of Mulesoft. You will forge relationships with your customers and account teams, develop a deep technical understanding of their Salesforce implementation, share best practices, and adoption of proactive services.

As a TAM, you will act as the technical main interface on behalf of our customers, leveraging your knowledge of Mulesoft to work closely across both internal and external collaborators, including partners and ISVs as required to address customer needs.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of customer business goals and priorities.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of Mulesoft, cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP), and internet technologies (TLS, HTTP, REST, Webservices).
  • Communication: Excellent collaboration skills and ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
