Design Sales Consultant – Custom Joinery | $90k–$120k OTE
Sydney, NSW | Full-time
HARDIS specialises in kitchens, wardrobes, bathrooms, and complete joinery solutions.
We are seeking a motivatedDesign Sales Consultantwith sales and design experience to join our growing team.
What You'll Do
Meet clients, understand needs, and present custom design solutions
Prepare quotes, negotiate, and close sales
Read and interpret plans; produce/modify drawings (CAD preferred)
Work with production & installation teams to deliver projects
Achieve sales targets and build long-term client relationships
What We're Looking For
3–5 years' sales experience in kitchens, cabinetry, or interior design
Strong technical knowledge and ability to read plans
CAD or design software skills (preferred)
What We Offer
Commission(uncapped)
OTE:$90k – $120k+
