**Duties and responsibilities**
The employee's duties / responsibilities relate to client service / medical administration across:

- Clinic practice
- Alliance clinic networks
- Medical specialist /Personal Assistant support

General functions include
- Manage clinic workflow and patients in-clinic.
- Personal Assistant functions to medical specialists (clients) including - report preparation/diary management/typing reports.
- Allied health and doctor bookings.
- Medical Specialist bookings for a number of consultant / co-located or visiting medical specialists.
- Liaising with workers, employer representatives and third party alliance clinics.
- Result Delivery Management.
- Other Tasks as directed by Manager.
- Quality assurance and clinic support.
