About the Role

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a highly organised and personable Client Services Officer to join our team to support the business administrative function. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a small team setting, is a self-starter and takes initiative to solve problems.

Key Responsibilities

·       Respond to client enquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism.

·       Prepare, organise, and maintain client documentation and records (both digital and physical).

·       Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate client meetings.

·       Support client onboarding including account setup and information gathering.

·       Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.

·       Contribute to the development and rollout of internal processes and SOPs.

Skills & Experience

·       Minimum 1 year experience in administration or client services.

·       Strong written and verbal communication skills.

·       High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); MYOB experience preferred.

·       Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·       Comfortable engaging with a broad range of clients and stakeholders.
