The Inside Sales Representative will be based in Sydney, Australia and will report directly to Vice President & Managing Director, ANZ Sales.
This is a contract position, and it is a 2 day a week role.The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a strong understanding of our products and services.ResponsibilitiesBook meetings based on cold calling; not responsible for selling products.ISR will be paid a bonus for every meeting they book plus additional bonuses for every meeting that converts to an opportunity.Definition of a lead is clearly defined; compensation excludes 1s and 2s.All leads go directly to the Sales BDM.All calls are logged in CRM and reports are generated from CRM.Role is office-based Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday.QualificationsAt least 2 years proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or customer service.Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally.Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.About GNGN brings people closer through our leading intelligent hearing, audio, video, and gaming solutions.
