Unicard Systems is a leading provider of secure identification, card printing, and access control solutions across Australia. With a strong reputation for innovation and reliability, we deliver tailored solutions for education, government, corporate, and healthcare sectors. We are expanding our team and looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our NSW office.

**The Role**:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for quoting and selling new card printer solutions to new and existing clients. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, recommend tailored solutions, and manage the sales process from initial inquiry through to delivery from our St. Leonards, NSW office.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with clients to assess their card printing needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Prepare and present quotes for new card printer systems.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Stay current with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in hardware or technology solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prepare accurate quotes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in the card printing or secure ID industry (advantageous but not essential).
