We're on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our Sydney-based team.
If you're passionate about partner engagement, order management and driving sales success—this role is for you
What You'll DoCollaborate with technical and sales teams to prepare and distribute accurate Statements of Work (SoWs).
Ensure scopes are acknowledged, understood, and actioned by partners on time.Maintain structured follow-ups to track scope progress and completion.Be the first point of contact for partner inquiries related to scopes and project details.Update CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics) with scope activities and communications.Identify and escalate delays or risks to stakeholders.Support the sales team and distributor with quotes, documentation, and admin tasks.Contribute to continuous improvement of scope and partner engagement processes.What You Bring2+ years in inside sales, sales support, or partner management (tech industry preferred).
