**What you'll do**
This role will see you responsible for the end-to-end management of Digital Out of Home (DOOH) and Radio inventory across numerous delivery Content Management Systems (CMS) and third party platforms. You'll be the pivotal link between the Delivery team, Site** **Reliability Operations (SROps) team and external support partners, working to resolve delivery incidents within agreed SLA's, and maintain accurate online inventory lists to ensure mínimal disruption to commercial campaign activity. In addition you'll also play a significant part in product expansion projects, undertaking proof of concept management, solution testing and large-scale inventory setup within the CMS and third party platforms with a team of contractors.
- Manage the process of new store/centre, renewal installations and store/centre closures across our DOOH & Radio networks by updating inventory records and activating or deactivating inventory within the various CMS in line with network and delivery requirements
- Manage and maintain the integrity of Cartology inventory data, for both in-store and in-centre DOOH networks, within various third party Programmatic and Verification platforms
- Manage the delivery and scheduling of Proof of Concept (POC) content and conduct delivery solution testing for new networks and wider Group projects where required
- Be the key point of contact between the Delivery and SROps teams for DOOH network support issues, escalating and resolving site delivery under-performance within agreed SLA's and proactively raising delivery incident types for triaging
- Provide leadership to a team of contractor as well as playing pivotal role in the management of vendor relationships (external vendor and internal stakeholders) for all delivery systems touchpoints.
**What you'll bring**
- Previous experience working in a Digital Out of Home (DOOH) system operations or systems support role
- Experience using Content Management Systems (Broadsign & Ayuda desirable) and/or Inventory Management Systems within a media environment
- Experience managing a team of contractors across a project rollout period
- Fantastic organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously in a dynamic environment
- Sound and adaptable communication style, both written and verbal, and be able to communicate across various levels and stakeholder groups, including third parties
