Digital Operations Manager

This role is critical for ensuring the seamless operation and evolution of our digital out-of-home (DOOH) and radio networks.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory across multiple platforms, activating or deactivating inventory as required, and monitoring offline inventory. They will also update records across various content management systems (CMS) and third-party platforms.
Another key aspect of this role involves scheduling and delivering diverse content, including proof of concepts (POCs) for both company and brand initiatives.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing new store/centre installations and closures by updating inventory records and activating/deactivating inventory within CMS and third party platforms;
- Undertaking data reconciliation projects to improve DOOH & radio inventory accuracy across delivery systems;
- Assisting campaign delivery teams with investigations into under-delivery, using strong systems expertise to identify root-causes and implement solutions;
- Managing content delivery and scheduling for company and brand POCs, including in-store supermarket and big box store deliveries;
- Conducting solution testing for new networks and wider group projects where required;
- Collaborating with commercial, inventory, and campaign operations teams to facilitate inventory setup in CMS, IOMS, and third-party platforms for new network rollouts.
