Job Overview

The Digital OOH Operations Specialist is a key role in ensuring seamless operations and evolution of digital out-of-home (DOOH) networks.

  • Manage inventory across DOOH platforms, activating/deactivating inventory according to installation programs and monitoring offline inventory.
  • Update records on CMS and third-party platforms for data accuracy.
Key Responsibilities

This position requires close collaboration with commercial and inventory teams for cross-functional alignment and successful inventory integration across multiple platforms.

Additionally, the specialist will manage scheduling and delivery of content, including proof of concepts (POCs) for brand and marketing initiatives.

Requirements
  • A proactive and detail-oriented individual with knowledge of the digital out of home industry and a desire to grow in retail media.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital out of home operations or delivery roles.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as Broadsign and Ayuda, as well as inventory management systems within a media environment.
