NoosaCare is seeking Lifestyle Supervisor to oversee our dedicated and enthusiastic lifestyle team. You will be working in the beautiful Sunshine Coast and can achieve an amazing work life balance that will ensure you get to experience all the Sunshine Coast has to offer

**As the Supervisor of the lifestyle team at NoosaCare you will**:
Use your strategic focus to ensure the most current and evidenced based practices are delivered throughout our lifestyle programs. We are looking for a person that brings creative and agile thinking, along with the required qualifications. Supervising our lifestyle team of assistants, bus drivers and volunteers, ensuring they have the necessary skills, support and resources to facilitate, coordinate and plan a recreation and lifestyle programs. Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer (COO), you will ensure that NoosaCare lifestyle programs are designed and implemented to empower and enables residents to maximise their choice and independence in leisure experiences.
- Actively participate in Community engagement events that support the attraction and retention of our amazing volunteers.
- Support the creation and development of lifestyle programs that support the needs and goals of individual residents.
- Undertake and support staff and volunteers to complete all the required administration reporting and recording needs.
- Assess the one-to-one need assessment developed by the team to ensure that they align with residents needs and goals.
- Be confident in public speaking, including internal and external groups to promote NoosaCare and the lifestyle and leisure programs.
- Supervise a team of dedicated volunteers and support staff to ensure that volunteers are provided with the appropriate guidance on how to assist residents in the provision of activities.
- Work collaboratively with the Clinical team including Nurses and Personal Care staff.

**Key Performance Indicators include (but are not limited to)**:

- Deliver strategic oversight and use contemporary research and approaches to the future development of the lifestyle programs.
- Provide highly supportive supervision to the dedicated volunteers at NoosaCare.
- Support staff to assess resident's social interests and capabilities and develop appropriate person-centred care plans and lifestyle programs for groups.
- Development of process that ensure the streamlined implementation of the lifestyle programs across both Carramar and Kabara.
- Research and develop leisure
