**ABOUT THE ROLE**

As the Warehouse Supervisor | 2IC, you will be supporting the Shift Supervisor in leading the team across all Warehouse and Dispatch activities. This includes meeting operational targets, WHS practices, food and hygiene safety and other Government body legislative requirements.

Duties include:

- Daily planning and coordination of team.
- Planning current and future business objectives.
- Implement waste management, stock control to optimise production results.
- Stepping into Warehouse Supervisor role to cover planned and unplanned leave.
- In coordination with Warehouse Supervisor, assist in the implementation of change within the Warehouse team to meet organisational objectives.

**ROSTER**

Day Shift Gold Team | Called the **_LIFESTYLE_** roster as you work over a seven-day period working 4 days on 4 days off, and the following week, 3days on 3 days off.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Work experience in a leadership role within a cold chain environment.
- Experience in a food manufacturing environment/FMCG.
- Unlimited working rights within Australia.
- Ability to work alongside a diverse workforce.
- Driver's licence and reliable vehicle OR a reliable means of getting to work.
- Vaccinated (or willing to be) against Q Fever.
