Manage the day-to-day maintenance of our fleet at Boundary Hill, located only 40mins north of Biloela

Your new role

We are seeking a highly experienced Maintenance Supervisor to manage the day to day operations of all maintenance tasks within the workshop for our fleet at Boundary Hill/Callide Mine 20 kilometers north-east of Biloela.

Reporting to the Project Manager, your duties include;
- Lead by example in this hands-on role, coordinating the safe and cost-effective maintenance of all equipment, including documentation and reporting
- Ensure maintenance and repairs are executed within safety, time, and cost requirements
- Accurately record the daily activities and maintenance tasks
- Focused on continuous improvement, with ability to lead teams to develop and implement solutions
- Promote and maintain a positive safety culture and record within the team.

What you'll need to succeed
- Trade certificate in Plant Mechanics or equivalent as well as previous experience in a similar role within the mining
- Demonstrated success in maintaining an excellent safety record for teams
- Current Mining Supervisor - G1, G8, G9 (formerly S1, S2, S3)
- Current Carry out the Risk Management Process - G2 (RIIRIS402D)
- Current Coal Board Medical and Standard 11 (or willingness to obtain).
