**The Position**:
We are seeking passionate and motivated individuals to join our team as **Food & Beverage Supervisors** in Brisbane Airport Lounges. You will play a key role in leading your team to deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining operational excellence in a high-profile environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead a team of F&B attendants, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Coach, train, and develop staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences
- Oversee stock levels and ensure operational readiness for service
- Support compliance with food safety, health, and safety standards
- Ensure premium presentation and service across all areas of the lounges

**The Person**:

- Proven hospitality leadership experience, ideally in a premium or fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Current National Police Check is desirable
- Willingness to obtain an ASIC (Aviation Security Identification Card) - cost covered by Compass Group
- Flexibility to work across weekdays, weekends, and peak periods as required
