Join to apply for the Land Project Manager role at PulteGroupWe are seeking a Land Project Manager responsible for managing all aspects of land development projects to meet quality, timing, and budget specifications.Primary Responsibilities:Manage project budget, schedule, cash flow, and development trades in line with division goals.Coordinate with municipalities and government agencies from entitlement to final acceptance.Oversee trade bidding and contracting efforts.Review design documents, site plans, improvement plans, and plats for accuracy and coordination.
