We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Officer to join our Land Modernisation team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven professional to contribute to the transformation of Queensland's land administration services.
About the RoleThe Senior Project Officer will be responsible for delivering innovative projects to modernise systems and processes, making them more efficient, customer-focused and future-ready. This role requires strong project management skills and a strategic mindset, as well as the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders to deliver practical reforms.
The ideal candidate will have organised, adaptable and proactive qualities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and build strong relationships with colleagues across the department, external stakeholders and service providers.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver projects that drive business outcomes and improve customer experience.
- Collaborate with policy and operational experts to design solutions and plan project activities.
- Manage project delivery within budget, schedule and quality standards.
- Prepare briefing notes, reports and project documentation to inform stakeholders and support decision-making.
- Strong project management skills and a strategic mindset.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Organised, adaptable and proactive with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
