Land Development Manager
">- Lead the construction management of land development and civil infrastructure projects from design through to construction.
- Work in an agile environment on diverse projects with a strong, passionate, and experienced team delivering innovative solutions.
Your day-to-day:
">- Follow the construction plan & monitor progress in respect of time, costs & quality.
- Monitor construction work for compliance with engineering drawings, design specifications, owner's standards, and statutory regulations.
- Maintain & foster relationships & contacts, & liaison with the client's team on technical issues.
- Review contractors' plans & daily work schedules.
- Ensure that the highest standards of health, safety & environmental management are implemented.

">Requirements">- Rlevant qualifications in Civil Engineering.
- Experience in a Contracts Administration, Superintendent or Construction Engineering role ideally within a consultancy environment.
- Experience in Greenfield/Brownfields Subdivision and Infrastructure projects.
- An understanding of the land development process.
