Project Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced project manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of project delivery, including financial performance, reporting, budgeting, risk assessment, and cash flow management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting design and construction briefs
  • Overseeing the tender process to select external suppliers, contractors, and consultant teams
  • Managing and administering contracts
  • Obtaining current and future approvals
  • Managing sales and marketing processes
  • Monitoring marketing and competitor activity
  • Driving strong engagement with key stakeholders
  • Collaborating closely with a high-performance development team

Requirements:

  • 5 years' experience in a project management role within the land sector
  • Ability to run and organise interactions with regulatory bodies
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Network of consultants to assist with project organisation
  • Developed communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Financial acumen and extensive knowledge of the tender and procurement process
  • Excellent understanding of the land development/construction industry

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
