You'll oversee reactive and scheduled property maintenance across our portfolio, ensuring every job is handled promptly, cost-effectively, and to a high standard.
You'll collaborate with internal teams and external contractors, keeping everything running like clockwork—without ever needing to be on the tools.
Location: Wyong NSW, with occasional travel to visit sites when required Classification: Permanent Full Time Days: Monday to Friday Pay: $80k + Super + Salary Packaging Duties Manage all maintenance work orders from receipt to completion, including scheduling and triaging planned and emergency jobs across the property portfolio.
Support garden and light maintenance for CatholicCare's Seniors Program while coordinating internal and external schedules for reactive repairs.
Coordinate daily work schedules by reviewing programmed maintenance plans and aligning internal and external resources for both planned and reactive maintenance tasks.
Manage contractor invoicing and reconcile staff hours to ensure alignment with the property maintenance schedule.
Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, foster strong working relationships, and collaborate to ensure cost-efficient maintenance solutions and smooth service delivery.
Requirements 3 years' experience in maintenance coordination type roles (industry based).
General understanding of Construction and Property Maintenance industry.
Working with Children's Check and a NDIS Worker Check.
Current NSW Driver's Licence and access to an insured vehicle.
Construction Induction (White Card).
Proficient in user-focused software programs and project management, with hands-on experience in warranty claims processing and effective stakeholder engagement.
Highly regarded Experienced in building scheduling, with a focus on high-volume, low-value desktop operations.
Skilled in managing work orders and forecasting for accurate and timely invoicing.
Knowledgeable in compliance standards and safety service protocols across operational environments.
