Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the upkeep of our property. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all general maintenance is completed in a timely and efficient manner, developing and implementing a preventative maintenance plan, and conducting regular checks on operating equipment.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the maintenance department and ensure all general maintenance is completed efficiently">
  • Develop and implement a preventative maintenance plan, revising as necessary">
  • Conduct regular checks on operating equipment and coordinate with external contractors">
  • Implement procedures to improve efficiency of repairs and maintenance, maintain acceptable costs, and high standards">
  • Provide leadership and direction to maintenance team members, ensuring maintenance requests are actioned efficiently">
  • Conduct general inspections of the property, recording the condition of property, plant, and equipment, fixtures and fittings">
  • Ensure all chargeable and non-chargeable works are reported accurately and monitor and maintain department expenses">
  • Record the costs of repairs done by maintenance personnel and contractors accurately, plan regular maintenance and upkeep of all equipment, and keep accurate records">
  • Manage all planned maintenance projects, prioritizing tasks according to urgency and importance, and overseeing waste management at the property">
