**About the role**

**Key Responsibilities**

You will be working on maintaining strong working relationships with contract personnel, suppliers and taking ownership of the end-to-end bid process. Other responsibilities will include:

- Answering and responding to all calls and queries
- Facilitate bid campaign management
- Maintain supplier contracts register and contracts
- Liaise with internal-external stakeholders
- Analytical skills for pricing, margins and profitability
- Provide service information to members

**Skills and Experience**

You will have exceptional customer service skills and have the ability to work to a timeline of milestones. Other key skills and responsibilities include;
- Proven experience in the Customer Service or Administration space gained in a corporate/professional environment
- Possible experience with handling tenders and contracts
- Understanding the importance of quality and efficiency
- High attention to detail
- Strong administration skills
- Excellent report writing within in MS Office, However not essential
- Previous experience in the health care industry
