Tender Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our marketing and business development team in Melbourne. The successful candidate will play a vital role in shaping our approach to tender submissions, collaborating with regional managers and consultants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the entire tender process, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Monitor opportunity lists and portals for new tendering opportunities.
  • Lead the tender qualification process in line with business objectives.
  • Manage pursuit teams and support their skill development to boost tender success rates.
  • Track and monitor all tenders in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with Regional Managers on pursuit priorities across offices.
  • Continuously enhance tender response quality by tracking success metrics and client feedback.
About You:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in tendering, preferably in B2B property or infrastructure projects.
  • Previous leadership or managerial experience.
  • Proven success in pursuit roles in Australia or New Zealand.
