**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Coordinator to join our dynamic and supportive Community Living team on a permanent, full-time basis. The role is responsible for overseeing the day to day operation of shared living homes for people with Autism ensuring they live meaningful and fulfilling lives of their choice. This role leads, mentors and coaches a team of Support Workers, liaising with families and maintaining a positive and safe work environment.

**About You**

To succeed in this role you will be a strong leader with management skills and a demonstrated ability to ensure your team deliver high quality, client focussed support. You will have case management experience in a similar role, which will ensure you are able to provide effective service planning and delivery.

Your skills and experience will include:

- Experience in the disability sector, including case management
- Tertiary Qualifications in a Human Services discipline (minimum Certificate IV).
- Demonstrated experience in staff supervision, coaching and development.
- Knowledge of person-centred approaches to service provision.
- Effective and proactive communication and interpersonal skills, and experience in adapting your style to suit various stakeholders
- A full drivers licence without P plates
