**The Team**

At Inventia, we work in small, cross-functional development teams that include developers, product, and go-to-market because we believe that diversity and collaboration are how we best impact our users. As a product marketer, you will be sitting at the interface of product development and go-to-market, establishing our product marketing assets, implementing, and continuously iterating them through tests and feedback.

**The Role**

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager for RASTRUM, to accelerate the implementation of our vision of advancing human health by democratising access to consistent and predictive laboratory disease models.

Product Marketing Managers at Inventia are part of both the multidisciplinary product development (product, engineering, software, and life science) and go-to-market (customer success, sales, marketing) clusters.

**What you'll do**
- Be the expert within your industry segment and deeply know your customers, where you define the customer personas, customer segmentations and understand your customer needs so that you can identify our solutions' key differentiations to facilitate customer uptake
- Partner closely with the product management function in translating products and features into the end-to-end product marketing initiative, including the seamless translation into go-to-market execution
- Create and continuously improve our strong value propositions using a range of market insights, competitive research and regional insights to help validate our product positioning to the known customers and uncover growth opportunities
- Curate RASTRUM product messaging and positioning within the different customer segments to improve the desirability and uptake of our product against the competitors
- Own the creation and maintenance of product marketing materials like product value kits, webpages and sales enablement materials, focusing on benefits for prospects and customers and enabling utilisation by stakeholders in other functions (e.g. sales and customer success)
- Partner with the marketing function to facilitate the successful execution of marketing operation initiatives that drive the uptake of the product across the markets
- Evaluate projects using relevant data measures to improve product performance and customer uptake

**About You**
- 5 years experience in solution-oriented customer facing roles, such as product marketing, growth, product manager, strategy, and consulting
- Domain expertise and experience within the 3D cell culture industry, such as within a scientific instrument, contract research, or pharmaceutical organisation
- Degree in a biology related field is a plus, but not necessary
- Previous experience working closely with product teams and supporting the launch and adoption of new products and features
- Empathetic and clear communicator, where you can create a compelling story about the product, ideas, and initiatives to both our user and Internal Inventurers
- Problem solver with good instincts and analytical mindset that is comfortable with ambiguity to make sound judgement
- Track record of delivering business outcomes and growth of a company through sharp prioritisation and focus on the biggest impact outcomes
