We're seeking a talented and passionate Product Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving product awareness, generating leads, and ultimately driving sales. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience. The ideal candidate will also bring expertise in leveraging AI-driven marketing workflows and automation tools to enhance campaign effectiveness, streamline processes, and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive product marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Content Creation: Create high-quality content, including website copy, blog posts, case studies, and whitepapers.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness, incorporating AI-driven targeting and automation workflows.
  • Email Marketing: Develop and manage email campaigns, using AI tools for segmentation, personalization, and optimization.
  • Social Media: Actively manage social media channels with AI-enabled scheduling, analytics, and content generation tools to engage with our audience and build brand awareness.
  • Event Management: Organize and execute product launches, webinars, and industry events, leveraging AI for audience insights and engagement tracking.
  • Partner Marketing: Collaborate with partners to develop joint go-to-market strategies and drive sales.
  • Market Research & Analytics: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, using AI-powered data analysis and customer insight tools.
  • Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget to ensure optimal resource allocation, including automation efficiency gains.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in product marketing, ideally in the software industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, and social media.
  • Hands-on experience with AI marketing platforms, workflow automation, and data-driven campaign optimization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret AI-driven insights into action.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
