About the Role
As a Case Manager working in our Work Health and Safety team, you will provide workplace rehabilitation and return to work case management services that encourage timely return to and recovery in the workplace, and implement proactive initiatives to prevent injury/illness, enhance staff health and wellbeing, and minimise workplace rehabilitation costs. To succeed in this role, you will have sound knowledge of legislative requirements and proven experience in workplace rehabilitation, preferably within a complex and large health environment. You will be a clear and considered communicator, who encourages respectful expression of ideas and opinions.
