Job Description

The role of a Case Advisor involves providing workplace rehabilitation and return to work case management services that encourage timely return to and recovery in the workplace.

Key responsibilities include implementing proactive initiatives to prevent injury/illness, enhance staff health and wellbeing, and minimise workplace rehabilitation costs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Sound knowledge of legislative requirements;
  • Proven experience in workplace rehabilitation, preferably within a complex and large health environment;
  • Excellent communication skills, including clear and respectful expression of ideas and opinions;
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
