Financial Strategist

We are seeking a proactive and confident accounting professional to provide financial advice and support in an advisory and project-based environment.

The ideal candidate will possess strong financial accounting, analysis, and reporting skills, with proven experience in project accounting and business partnering.

• Provide financial advice and support to senior project leaders and grant holders.
• Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with governance frameworks, policies, and funding requirements.
• Prepare business cases to guide strategy and prioritisation.
• Build trusted relationships as the go-to financial advisor for your portfolio.

This role offers a hybrid working model with 2 days in office and 3 days working from home.

Suitable candidates will have:

• Degree qualifications in Accounting, Business or Commerce (CPA or CA qualified or working towards).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience in complex, compliance-driven environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of your portfolio.
