Requirements
  • Hold an unrestricted Practising Certificate to ensure professional competence.
  • Have relevant post-admission experience, including leading complex casework (preferably 5+ years) to demonstrate expertise and leadership capabilities.
  • Be eligible for Blue and Yellow Cards (mandatory criminal history screening) to meet essential security requirements.
  • Demonstrate experience supervising, mentoring, and developing legal staff and volunteers to build a high-performing team.
  • Ability to travel within the region to support remote offices and outreach clinics, ensuring comprehensive service delivery.
