Join our team today.The OpportunityIn this important role you will contribute to the development of national and regional community, diversity and inclusion strategies, plans and programs.
These will include, but not limited to, community and stakeholder engagement, community partnerships, employment programs targeting under-represented groups, supplier diversity, inclusion and respectful workplace programs.You will draw on your expert project management,engagement and influencing skills in order to collaborate and communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders and provide specialist guidance to the business to achieve implementation and deliver strategic programs and outcomes for Thiess (Australia West + National priorities).
